Ojefa Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ojefa (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, please refrain from using the Site. Your continued use after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify the Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Site and revise the "Effective date" accordingly. If you continue to access or use the Site after such changes are posted, you accept the modified Terms.

Scope of Service

Ojefa serves as an app discovery platform that aggregates, curates, and presents information about mobile apps that are available on Google Play. Ojefa itself does not host, develop, maintain, or control the apps listed on the Site. We provide listings, descriptions, and discovery features to help users locate apps and navigate to the Google Play store.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, software, and the overall design (collectively, "Ojefa Content"), are owned by Ojefa or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and reproduce Ojefa Content for your personal use and internal business purposes only, provided you do not remove any notices or alter the materials. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, or otherwise exploit Ojefa Content for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Ojefa or the respective rights holder. All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

User Content

Users may submit reviews, comments, or other content through the Site (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Ojefa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Site. You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content and you warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

Third-Party Links and Google Play

Ojefa provides links to third-party apps that are hosted on the Google Play store. Ojefa does not host, curate, verify, or control the content of these apps, nor does it maintain the Google Play platform. When you click an app listing on Ojefa, you will be directed to Google Play to view details and install the app. Your use of any app on Google Play is governed solely by Googleâ€™s terms of service and privacy policy. Ojefa disclaims any responsibility for the availability, safety, accuracy, or legality of external apps, content, or services; such third-party terms apply once you leave the Site.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. OHWEVER, OJEFA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING APP DESCRIPTIONS OR REVIEWS. ANY USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OJEFA AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREIN. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO OJEFA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (ii) $100. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED AND WHETHER OR NOT OJEFA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ojefa and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneysâ€™ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately and without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site, and any rights granted to you under these Terms shall cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaims, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
